老中还共享？你在开玩笑吧

这里小众论坛，我可以讲一讲，我大儿子推高尔夫，我带他出去比赛7年，直到前年夏天被特招，去年上的大学。二儿子推壁球，就是从前年夏天老大解决了开始带他全国travel比赛。。。。一共8年多，打过这么多比赛，见过的老中家长很多，很多人见过很多次了。。。。。我每次比赛完，临走的时候都会主动和聊的比较多的老中家长握手告别，我每次都会报上中文名，但回报中文名的，这么多年，大概只有三个。。。。。。。。。
老中还社么合作共享，打个球都像搞地下工作一样。。。。。

It's important to preach and let Chinese Americans know that helping other Chinese eventually helps ourselves. Let them know that and help them understand that if needed.

This is not a big problem.
I have been using my English name for so long, and in my work I have pretty much no chance speaking Chinese. So I am actually not used to using my Chinese name, except among my family and relatives.

解决办法是： 世代更替。会越来越像白人。

If you are staying in the US, that will be the eventual way.
I can say that I prefer my in-laws to be Chinese, then East Asian, then Caucasian, then...; however, I don't believe I will have any influence on my grandchildren.

This is not a big problem.

这个不是用社么名字的问题，第一，这是老中之间信任度的问题，第二，是礼貌问题。。。。。

I don't think it's a 信任度 or 礼貌问题. I don't think it's a problem at all.
You tell me that your name is 李政道，I tell you that my name is Jack Ma because Jack Ma is what people around me know. If I tell you my name is 马文革，nobody knows you are talking about me when you mention 马文革.
Actually, my niece and my nephew probably do not know my Chinese name. I believe my own children know my Chinese name simply because they have heard my parents calling me, but my parents never call me by my full Chinese name, so I am not sure if my own children know my full Chinese name.
