书不关心敢不敢的问题，而是能不能得问题。能不能才有意义。如果能，那么就算老习不敢，其他人未必。现在和美军的军力对比老习不敢，等军力超过美军之后未必不敢。

中国这叫负责任大国好不好？有什么敢不敢？老中一般就算要打，也要造够了势再打，不会跟俄罗斯大乌克兰似的这么草率
