大家可能以为，川普没有表态，没有说：“你们冲。”就不算煽动？并不是。有录像证明，川普当时全程在看电视知道这件事，而且明确的表达了对这些事情的支持和赞赏的态度。同时川普的态度被录像并传到了网上，能形成反馈。这就是煽动。

川普如果当时想洗白自己，至少应该政治正确的一脸沉痛的出来说：大家回家，我们相信司法 之类的一些废话。至少也要跟赵紫阳一样说一下擦边的话 比如 我老了，我所谓，你们日子还长，大家赶紧回家吧 之类的。
或者，川普可以玩消失，当自己不知道这件事。他也能辩白。现在这样，他在公众面前露脸了，以行动和表情明确表达了他支持当时的情况。那么后来出事了，就要承担连带责任了。

各位不知道还记得不记得当时的媒体拍到，川普，和川普的儿子，和川普的那个嘴巴巨大的儿子的女朋友，兴高采烈的在看电视，那个女朋友还跳舞。这时候伊万卡走过去，大声的跟他们争辩了一阵，然后气冲冲的走掉 这一段？唉，整个川普家族，居然还只有这个伊万卡，有点正常人的脑子。

If you knew A is looking for and to kill B, and you tell A that B is in Room 1000 and also tell him to talk to B "peacefully", you are still guilty.

Again, you are basing you calling on a nonexistent basis. Jan 6 was meant to be a peaceful gathering. According to capital staff, majority of the people who entered the building were well behaved. There was no vandalism, no violence, no destroying of properties. Some people were searching for some papers. Those few instigators were the key component of the Jan 6 events and that's what the focus of investigation should focus on.
