Biologically speaking, 25yrs old from Asia/China is almost at the same mature level as 15 yrs westerns. esp. talking about girls. If you look at the girls in Chinese universities(up to Master or even Dr.), they just look like kids/teens in terms of body shapes or thoughts = 幼齿。
On the other side, with regarding to the wild trend of LGBT... in western, US(incl. EU) should reconsider the age vs. biological mismatching and launch a campaign to upgrade the western girls & boys giving more freedom
