共和党选民全部都想支持以色列，民主党选民有四分之一不想支持以色列。现在要是通过一个支援以色列的大包袱，睡舅就他猫抓瞎了。签吧，得罪四分之一的progressive，不签吧，得罪3/4的建制派。这要老命了。大选年，最怕的就是需要对这种本党分歧比较大的东西表态。现在反正卡在house，就算最后以色列被灭了，民主党建制派也怪不到睡舅头上。
民主党肯定不让单独援助以色列的法案通过的。以色列再急，也没有乌克兰那边火烧眉毛啊。

House Speaker Mike Johnson has announced a path forward on aid to Ukraine and Israel after months of delay because of GOP divisions. Iran's unprecedent attack on Israel over the weekend increased pressure on Congress to act.
Johnson plans to bring forward three separate bills on funding for Israel, Taiwan and Ukraine. A fourth national security bill would likely include a provision that could lead to a ban on TikTok in the U.S.

The three bills including roughly $26 billion for Israel, $61 billion for Ukraine and $8.12 billion for Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific.
The Ukraine aid bill includes a number of caveats designed to placate GOP hardliners, including oversight measures to ensure the funds are spent correctly and a requirement that Ukraine enter into a loan agreement to repay economic assistance funds.
The Israel portion contains roughly $9.5 billion in humanitarian aid to Ukraine and Gaza, as well as funding for global refugee and disaster assistance programs.
