中国称习近平访美期间与美国达成300亿美元关税削减及人工智能对话安排

中国周六表示，中美已就一项 300亿美元的互惠关税削减安排 达成一致，并同意启动人工智能（AI）对话。这些内容属于习近平主席访华盛顿期间达成的 八点共识。
中国外交部称，双方还同意设立贸易委员会，并延续此前在吉隆坡会谈的成果。
这一协议是在全球两大经济体此前同意将原定于11月10日到期的贸易休战 延长两个月 之后达成的。美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特周三表示，这将为双方争取更多时间，以推动潜在的更大规模贸易协议。
为期三天的习近平与美国总统唐纳德·特朗普的峰会于周五结束，更多展现的是个人外交，而非重大公开突破。新华社周六报道，习近平已抵达北京。
中国外交部长王毅在声明中说：“这次历史性访问丰富了建设性和稳定的中美关系，维护了双边关系的整体稳定，开启了中美关系的新篇章，并将对世界和平与发展产生深远影响。”
人工智能对话
外交部称，在人工智能方面，双方同意就该技术的风险与益处举行对话，下一轮讨论定于11月举行，并将建立人工智能相关事件的沟通渠道。
外交部在另一份声明中表示，北京重视华盛顿使用“超级智能（super intelligence）”一词来替代“人工智能（artificial intelligence）”。随着AI技术持续发展，双方应加强交流，并根据新的进展推动共识形成。
双方还同意相互支持对方举办亚太经合组织（APEC）领导人会议和二十国集团（G20）峰会，两国领导人都计划出席由对方主办的会议。
在外交政策方面，两国领导人同意伊朗应履行其 不发展核武器 的承诺，并认为任何国家或实体都不应在国际水道上征收过境通行费，外交部称。
美国驻北京大使馆未立即回应路透社的置评请求。

SHANGHAI, Sept 26 (Reuters) - China said on Saturday it had agreed with the US on a $30 billion reciprocal tariff-reduction arrangement and on launching a dialogue on AI, under an eight-point consensus reached during President Xi Jinping's visit to Washington.
The two sides have also agreed to set up a trade council and extend the outcomes of earlier talks in Kuala Lumpur, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.
The agreement follows an earlier move by the world's two largest economies to extend by two months a trade truce that had been due to expire on November 10, allowing more time to work on a potentially bigger trade deal, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Wednesday.
The three-day summit between Xi and President Donald Trump, which ended on Friday, showcased personal diplomacy rather than big public breakthroughs. Xi has since landed in Beijing, Chinese state news agency Xinhua reported on Saturday.
"This historic visit enriched the constructive and stable China-US relationship, upheld the overall stability of bilateral ties, opened a new chapter in China-US relations, and will have a far-reaching impact on world peace and development," Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said in a statement.
DIALOGUE ON AI
On artificial intelligence, the two sides agreed to hold a dialogue on the technology's risks and benefits, with the next round of discussions set for November, and to set up a communication channel for AI-related incidents, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.
The ministry also said in a separate statement that Beijing valued Washington's use of the term "super intelligence" in place of "artificial intelligence". As AI technology continues to advance, the two sides should step up exchanges and work toward consensus in line with new developments, it said.
The two sides also agreed to support each other in hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders' meeting and the Group of 20 summit, with both leaders planning to attend the gatherings hosted by the other.
On foreign policy, the leaders agreed that Iran should fulfil its commitment not to develop nuclear weapons, and that no country or entity should impose transit tolls on international waterways, the ministry said.
The U.S. Embassy in Beijing did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
