今天早上、上午做空 - 因为大趋势还是在下行。我做空的一个小心得就是，根据小时图确认趋势、然后在5分钟图上反弹到局部高点附近时入场做空。

It took me a long time to understand that the easiest money was in the direction the market was already going. I used to fight trends, thinking I was spotting something others missed. But when I reviewed my trades, almost all my losses were counter-trend. Once that hit me, I stopped trying to be the hero who calls reversals and started being the trader who follows momentum. That shift alone changed everything.

Another thing I wish I knew earlier was how dangerous it is to chase losses. There were days I’d take one bad trade, get emotional, and try to make it back immediately. It never worked. The losses just doubled. Now, if I lose beyond my limit, I stop. There’s no shame in walking away. Futures trading is endless; there’s always another setup tomorrow. Protecting capital and energy matters more than recovering from a red day.
