对于那些被识别出来的持续盈利客户(通常是连续盈利两周到一个月),我们会将他们转接给流动性提供商,然后靠手续费来赚钱。
另一方面,我的工作是为经纪商寻找新合作伙伴,谈判合作协议(如联盟计划、返佣、CPA等)。一开始我主要接触那些已经与其他经纪商合作的伙伴,提出更有吸引力的条件。后来我开始转向网红,教育他们、培训他们,并为他们制定结构化的推广计划,让他们向粉丝介绍这项业务。
我记得有一次接触到一个拥有庞大交易社群的人,他通过推荐客户给某公司已经赚了数百万美元。我对他说:“我们不需要谈太多细节,你告诉我你现在的合作条件,我给你更好的。”他很惊讶,同时也有些害怕透露。最后他说他是按客户盈亏分成的(他拿70%的分成),也就是说他从自己推荐的人亏损中获利。与此同时,他还在提供交易信号。我查看了他的Telegram频道,发现他故意让人亏钱。我感到非常难过,真的开始厌恶这个行业。
我还记得在一次外汇博览会上,和CEO及联合CEO聊天时,CEO问我:“你觉得有多少人会亏钱?”我说:“70%?80%?” 他笑了笑,说:“99%的人都在亏钱。”那一刻我意识到,没有任何一家经纪商出现过亏损的月份,这太疯狂了 – 你永远无法在经纪商面前占据优势。
我最近离开了这个行业,尽管我曾为这份工作付出了很多努力,但最终我发现自己无意中成了他人亏损的帮凶。

The dark side of CFD brokers — from someone who worked on the inside
I've been trading for the past 9years and at the same time studying to get my master degree in finance, I've also worked remotely as a customer support for one of the biggest CFDs broker, and with time I managed to get a MENA manager role within a mid sized company in which I did perform very well. During this experience I've had access to a specific software in which the trading department, manage the orders, supervise the clients trading activity, and the reason they granted me access is to profile winning clients and open a ticket to the trading desk so they can keep an eye on a specific client, the software's name is Meta Manager which contain all active clients and partners brought by me, the current trades open, all live data about each client, it also allow you to modifiy clients stoploss, takeprofit, modify the history, add withdrawals and deposits, delete completely a specific trade from the history, launch a buffer time algorithm on all clients or specific client during the news, which allows you to block trading for a specific duration of time and when a client loses money we can just send an email (Technical issue...). For the profiled clients, who are making money constantly from 2 weeks to a month we'll just forward them to the liquidity provider and rely on fees paid to us in order to make money.
From the other side, my task was to find new partners for the broker, negotiate deals (Affiliations programs, rebate, CPA), in the beginning I started targeting partners who already been working with brokers and propose a more attracting offer then I moved to influencers and educate them train them, and give them a structured plan to introduce the business to their followers. I remember once approaching a guy who had big community of trading and who already made millions of dollars referring clients to a company, and I told him let's not talk too much about the deal, you tell me what's your current offer and I'll give you better, he was surprised and the same time afraid to tell, and at the end he said I get a percentage based on the P&L (70% was his cut), which is profit from the loss of his own people at the same time he was providing signals and I checked his telegram and saw that he's making people lose on purpose, I felt so bad and really hated this business.
I also remember once in a forex expo, sitting with the CEO and Co-Ceo and having a little chat, the CEO said to me how many people are losing their money in your opinion?, i told him 70% 80%? he laughed, and he said 99% of the people are losing, then I realized that there's not a single broker out there who had a single losing month which is crazy, you can never have an edge over the broker.
I recently left this business even though I spent a lot of time working and trying to get the job, i found myself contributing in other's people loss without having the intention.
