NYSE has determined that the Common Stock issued by Wolfspeed, Inc. is part of a new security offering that will trade under the ticker WOLF with CUSIP 97785W106 on September 29, 2025.
As this new offering has not previously traded on any listing market and has no prior day's closing price, Regulation SHO Rule 201 will not apply to security WOLF until its second day of trading on NYSE. Further, NYSE Rule 123D(d) will apply and the security will be in a regulatory halt until the NYSE has opened trading.
