There’s been a lot of new attention on Opendoor from investors recently.
It’s an incredible gift. I’m deeply thankful for every new shareholder who believes in what we’re building.

Some are calling this a “meme” moment.
If that means thousands of people choosing to own part of Opendoor because they believe in the long-term value and transformation we’re driving – I'm all in.

For more than a decade, we’ve built a platform to empower sellers. To let them move with simplicity, certainty and convenience.
That work has earned us an NPS of 80, proof we deliver outcomes that matter.

Last week, we took the next step in that journey.
We opened our platform to agents.
We launched Cash Plus.
Both expand seller choice and strengthen the real estate ecosystem.

Opening our platform to agents means putting our superpowers in their hands.
Giving them high-converting sellers and differentiated selling solutions.
Tools to win more listings and better serve clients.

Our new product, Cash Plus, gives sellers the best of both worlds.
Certainty of cash now. Potential to capture upside later.
No more market FOMO.

Opendoor has always been built on proprietary data and AI, and we’re leaning in even more.
Our new agent-facing app is just the start, combining advanced tech with human expertise to shape the future of real estate.
I’m excited for the product roadmap that Shrisha and his team are driving.

The housing market is challenging and the road ahead may have bumps.
We’re focused on what we can control. Running lean. Executing at a high level.
Giving customers more choice in how they sell.

We’ve always prioritized execution. But there are moments when words matter, and this is one of them.
We hear you, we see your ideas, and we are listening.
We know we need to expand how we connect with our growing shareholder base. Over time, we’ll share more in different forums, building a steady cadence to keep you updated. Stay tuned.
