旧闻：UVIX 1 for 10 reverse split on 01/15/2025

Volatility Shares, on behalf of VS Trust (the “Trust”) announces a reverse share split (a “Reverse Split”) on one of the Trust’s series, specifically the 2x Long VIX Futures ETF (CBOE BZX Exchange Symbol: UVIX (the “Fund”)).
The Reverse Split will not change the value of a shareholder’s investment.

The Fund will execute a 1 for 10 Reverse Split of its shares. The Reverse Split will be effective at the market open on January 15, 2025, when the Fund begins trading at its respective post-Reverse Split prices.
The ticker symbol for the Fund will not change, but the Fund will be issued a new CUSIP number: 92891H606.

Split Ratio: 1:10
Old CUSIP: 92891H507
New CUSIP: 92891H606

我是从 KC 开始接触的 VIX

第一次有投资的意识 是一个月前

过圣诞节的时候发现 VIX 出奇的低，后来才意识到是个机会。当时练了练手。后面持续观察了一段时间。

两周前发现 VIX 又猛跌，这次不能再错过了

买完继续跌，我就一点一点加仓，加了跌，跌了加，持续了一周多。

买的同时设了 limit sell， 一开始设的卖价比较高。后来设置成阶梯式，不同层次的卖价。

漫长的等待，今天一早，基本上全卖出去了。剩下的最高价卖单，卖不动，修改成在市场价附近，一会也出手了。

打完了这一仗，等待下次的机会吧。

UVIX

UVIX tracks an index that provides 2x daily leveraged exposure to a portfolio comprising first- and second-month VIX futures positions with a weighted average maturity of one month.

它和 VIX 正相关，但并不线性关系。
每个月都要低价卖掉要到期的 future，再高价买入新的长期的 future。
这导致了它的价值趋势一直是在贬值，不能长期持有，只能在机会合适时短线操作。

这是我的理解，欢迎各位专家指正。

看空：UVIX 优于 SQQQ，波动性更大。
看多：TQQQ 优于 SVIX。TQQQ 被套还能活，SVIX 没戏。
