干嘛要去皮呀,皮更有营养价值。如果做西红柿汤的话把西红柿剁碎,小火多炖一会儿皮就看不到了。

做汤可以打碎,别的块状的还是需要去皮,否则不好看也不方便吃

做汤可以打碎,别的块状的还是需要去皮,否则不好看也不方便吃
