老早 一年前 就应该 cut rate 的，那时候 cut 0.25% 还问题不大，到现在 也可以累计降 0.75% 到 1% 了。

因为 rate 降低 到反应到 经济活动 和工作就业市场上来 最起码要滞后 半年的

也不至于 现在慌的 一次 cut 0.5% 了。现在 美国经济衰退 是铁定了
