由于按照股价定权重，Walmart 3-1 stock split 使得Walmart 的权重降低，就得找一个类似行业的大权重的领头羊公司来替换里面的小权重的夕阳公司好维持各个行业的比重平衡。
Walgreen 现在是在30个公司的股价最低的。 占了0.4% 的权重，只第29名Verizon 的权重（0.7%）多一半一点。
Walgreen也是30个公司的Market Cap 最低的，19B， 只有第29名 Dow (38B) 的一半。
Walgreen （夕阳公司） 被剔除出去是没有悬念的。
Amazon 应该是没有进入 Dow Jones 的最大的零售公司领头羊，所以用它代替 Walmart 因为split 降低的权重和Walgreen的权重就很合理了。
