No, there are no reports of the U.S. producing GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) bombs since at least November 2015, according to Wikipedia. The last known production run was around 20 bombs, delivered by that date. The B-2 Spirit bomber is the only U.S. aircraft currently capable of carrying the GBU-57.
