好像是有人把我们网站名从Cellular networks DNS 上删了， 所以手机上不了本网站。

安卓 机子上可到设置 ， PRIVATE DNS 输入 dns.google
就可以了

I just tried cellular data from canda, no problem to connect.
It seems the attacker is professional. Looks like agents from security department of china.

我在中国的时候用wifi也上不了这个网站，就是这个原因吧。

刚改过来，现在手机可以用data 连上。但不是在instruction给的目录下(Android的不存在)。而是在：settings»connections»more connection settings

今天一位热心网友反馈（应该是手机浏览）

向该网友转发了一楼的内容，该网友也试了一下其它方法，反馈如下：

Linux 上 edge 不行，Safari 可以
