If the blue distribution represents the Chinese, and the purple represents the general public, Chinese is smarter on average, but it's more difficult to be exceptional.
Of course, some other groups might be like the green distribution.
Anyway, intelligence is only one of the factors that lead to success.

那是因为你根本就不了解其它民族内部。

中文能力最强

老中又不是一个民族。

记得有一年休斯敦出了什么事，好像是飓风，也拿中国护照的维族人不去中国找领事的，而是找穆斯林帮助。
