Proposition 23, officially the Protect the Lives of Dialysis Patients Act Initiative, is a California ballot proposition that appeared on the ballot for the general election on November 3, 2020.
The proposition would increase regulations in Californian dialysis clinics, requiring them to have on-site physicians during treatment, report data on infections that might have been caused by dialyses, seek permission from the government of California prior to closing a clinic and strengthening anti-discrimination protections for dialysis patients.
An overwhelming majority of California voters rejected this measure, by a margin of 63% to 37%, a margin of 26 percentage points.
看着挺合理的提案,不过反对/支持的比例这么悬殊,是什么原因?

美国的选举办公室具体到镇,他们在做选民登记时侯有权利查阅政府资料来确定你的身份是不是公民、不是公民没有选票
一个身份就一张选票、某个选区里选票数量确定、所以很容易查到邮寄和现场双重投票
美国没有现有的证件可以体验选民身份、驾照, SSN, 学生证,工作证、都不能作为选民身份证明

看着挺合理的提案,不过反对/支持的比例这么悬殊,是什么原因?
需要透析的,是慢性长期病。加重对盈利性透析中心硬件要求,Cost最后都会转嫁到患者头上,直接后果可能是死的人会更多。
这些盈利性透析中心需要的,是工会和政府经常性的抽查,不是医生,因为医生也是人。

我也在宾州 PA。投票的时候 看驾照,护照倒是不看的。不过电脑里一查,就知道 驾照背后 是公民 还是绿卡了
怕驾照是拿别人的。还拿驾照上的照片 和本人核对,我还把眼镜摘下来过。然后还要签字,看和电脑里 存储的签名 对不对的上
