Check the main investors behind, e.g.:

For them, they are not operating, bailing out & in one single company, but manipulate the whole bunch of big conglomerates/syndicats.
And the directors from boards , just move from one to another AND even sharing board seats across those significant conglomerates.
Normal share traders just as 韭菜 never know money has been moved yet they still stick to a single company like IBM.
