Sorry, I don't know or care who Frank Davis is/was.
All I care about Obama is how my life was affected by his policies during his presidency. Unfortunately or fortunately, not much. The only thing that I am aware of and still affecting me is his Obamacare, and it actually negatively affects me as a middle class. So I personally don't like him, but I am also aware that Obamacare greatly helps the poor who are in need. So in my overall opinion, he's just a mediocre president.
His record is not set by us here. People already have an opinion about him since he has left the WH almost eight years ago.

Because setting records straight is important.
Yes didn't choose what family to be born in. However later in life he chose his mentor, the notorious Frank Marshall Davis.

Obama WAS the president, why do we still care so much about him?
In what family he was brought up is not up to him. So don't judge him by that.
Just look at his presidency to judge him. I think he is just a mediocre president; however, I do think his Obamacare is an achievement and it helps the poor a lot, though personally I don't like it as a middle class.
