不过 做为一个国家整体，不可能 让自己国家的 唯一的一个 还算有点竞争力的半导体 foundry 就这么关门破产的

连钢铁工业 汽车工业 都要拯救的。还有波音公司，美国军方 也给了大批订单，不可能 眼睁睁的看着 只有空客这一家存在的
虽然 这些行业 都有点 不争气子孙的味道，但再怎么说到底 毕竟还是 自己的子孙

再怎么说，半导体 foundry 还是比 钢铁工业 高级不少。连钢铁工业都保护，会不保护 半导体 foundry ？

美国 不会 看着 全世界 只有一家 台积电存在的，这是对美国安全 很大的隐患，特别是 台积电 离中国又那么近，万一战争呢 ？
