跳箱 24 inch，5次
下蹲起，150 次
Sit up，150 次
Bench press, 145 lb 12次
Curl up, 120 lb, 15 次
Over head press肩上举，115 lb, 8次
Over head reverse grip press ， 115 lb， 15次

bench press 增加10lb。最后一组试着力竭，到20次。所以应该还可以加。但是我又不去比赛，以后慢慢来。
