很多年前，有天一大早我和老婆去曼哈顿下城办事。路过一家餐馆，无意中透过玻璃门我看见里面一只硕大的老鼠在餐桌上爬。我拍拍老婆，指给她看；她尖叫一声跑开了。

1. Observed pest infestation throughout establishment. observed over 500 rat droppings throughout the kitchen prep, dish washing and customer dining area. must eliminate all evidence of pest activity on premises. must clean and sanitize all affected areas. 7-38-020(a).

2. Observed black slime dripping onto ice used for human consumption inside of ice machine. must detail clean and sanitize all affected areas. 7-38-005.

3. No chemical test kit on site. must provide on site at all times. 7-38-005.

4. Observed no light in the rear mop sink closet. must provide adequate lighting.

5. Food handler training certificates are incomplete. must provide food handler training for current employees.

6. Previous core violation not corrected from 4-7-2026, report #2633572. #58-2-102.13 observed certified food service sanitation manager on duty without a llergen training certificate posted. instructed to provide documentation. 7-42-090.
