阿毛啊,吃到肚子里的蛋白质,大多数都被消化降解了。但所谓的 "mRNA 疫苗" 却不同。"mRNA 疫苗" 通过脂质体把 mRNA 转送进人细胞内,然后在细胞内以 mRNA 为模板翻译合成病毒的蛋白质。研究发现,脂质体包裹的 mRNA 甚至能跑到大脑中,这后果就比较严重了:

这个光看你说的几句,逻辑上不通:
“mRNA 疫苗所产生的蛋白是无法吸收溶解的”, 那这个意思是说产生的抗体(一种蛋白)是hydrophobic. 抗体是产生在肌肉等组织内,既然不溶于水,那就不会进血液。
那下一句“慢慢会堆积在血管细微处”根本不会发生。
至于特定Cohort 的副作用研究,例如你说的心脏病人群,其实设计个双盲试验不难。
