只要是干净、无污染、无杂质的水，就是好的饮用水。那些乱七八糟的饮料就是为了骗钱的。
另外除非是刚剧烈运动、大幅度消耗体力的运动员，一般人根本不需要什么补充电解质的饮料；只要我们的膳食营养均衡就不存在什么“电解质不电解质”的问题。

另一方面，人生苦短，不要为健康不健康而故意克制自己。这方面要向巴菲特学习；他平时每天喝5罐可乐、吃垃圾食品。所以我们喜欢啥就吃啥吧。
