又是力量训练,七个动作,每个三组:
跳箱 24 inch,5次
深蹲,130lb, 50次
Sit up,200 次
Bench press, 130 lb 15次 (到底)
Curl up, 120 lb, 65 —55-45次
Over head press肩上举,115 lb, 8次
Over head reverse grip press , 115 lb, 15次
Bench press 感觉太轻,象玩一样。可能下周加重量。
