Spirit Aviation Holdings, Inc., parent company of Spirit Airlines, announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the NYSE American stock exchange.
Trading is expected to begin on April 29, 2025, at market open under the symbol FLYY.
The old shares listed under $SAVEQ have been canceled.
