民主党拿到的犹太团体的捐款高于共和党。但两党在为以色列效力方面是一致的。

  • Historically and overall → Democrats receive more from Jewish donors
  • Pro-Israel / Israel-focused PAC money → split between both parties, sometimes tilting Republican in recent cycles
  • Large individual donors → exist in both parties

Here’s a clearer breakdown.

1) Jewish American donors (people)

  • Jewish Americans have traditionally leaned strongly Democratic, both in voting and donations.
  • Older estimates (often cited but debated) suggest a large share of Democratic fundraising has come from Jewish donors (Jewish News)
  • Major Jewish donors (e.g., media, finance figures) have historically been prominent in Democratic fundraising networks (ADCRI Media)

👉 So at the individual donor level, the Democratic Party has generally received more.

2) Pro-Israel political money (PACs, lobbying groups)

This is different from “Jewish donors” — it includes organized political groups focused on Israel policy.

  • Groups like AIPAC-linked PACs give to both Democrats and Republicans (bipartisan strategy) (Factually)
  • In some recent cycles, a larger share of PAC donations has gone to Republicans (e.g., 60%+ in certain cycles) (Factually)
  • At the same time, centrist Democrats who strongly support Israel also receive major funding (The Guardian)

👉 So for pro-Israel institutional money, it’s:

  • Bipartisan overall
  • Sometimes tilts Republican in recent years, depending on the election cycle

3) Big donors and recent shifts

  • Some wealthy Jewish donors have shifted toward Republicans in recent years (often tied to tax policy or views on Israel) (New York Post)
  • But others remain major Democratic donors

👉 This means:

  • The gap has narrowed somewhat, but not reversed overall

4) Important caveat (very important)

  • The U.S. does NOT track religion in campaign finance data
  • So any numbers about “Jewish donations” are estimates or inferred, not exact counts

✔️ Bottom line

  • Jewish American donors overall → more money to Democrats
  • Pro-Israel / Israel-related PAC money → split, sometimes more to Republicans recently
  • Both parties receive substantial funding
