ask for the freedom to invade the privacy of the citizens of government A,

got denied by the courts of the government A.

It has nothing to do with "freedom of speech"

since government A or C can't "ban" whatever company T does in country B, D or E etc and

doesn't criminalize individual citizen's usage of company T's product or service.

不是，是因为它们，在程序上，还是中国的上市公司产品，必须遵守既定的国际贸易规则。

当时中国用“国家安全”名义，强迫滴滴出行从美国下市，就已经是把中国和其它算是资本主义国家之间的贸易惯例推翻了。

还有华为那个一碗粥，真“爱国”的话，应该留在加拿大和美国打官司的，她当时要是有胆子扛，事情可能还有回旋余地。
